Part of doing numerology is when you choose your new name for wicca, try to choose a name that will be the destiny number of your given name :)

Ok, here is an example of how this is done, we will use the name that is in this book:
Katherine      Anne       Gleason
212859955     1555        7351165

First add all the digits of the first name together:
2+1+1+8+5+9+9+5+5=46
Reduce 46 (4+6)=10(1+0)=1

Then add the numbers of the second name together:
1+5+5+5=16
Reduce 16 (1+6)=7

Next add the numbers of the last name together:
7+3+5+1+1+6+5=28
Reduce 28 (2+8)=10 (1+0)=1

Now add up the three reduced numbers:
1+7+1=9

Katherines destiny number is 9 !

Now to take this just a little further lets do a birthday!

September 11, 1968

September=9 (ninth month)
11 (1+1)=2
1968 (1+9+6+8)=24 (2+4)=6

Now add them:

9+2+6=17 (1+7)=8

The number 8 would be your life path number :)

So here are two options you can use when choosing your magickal name, try the name with either one and see if they come up with the same numbers for you! Sometimes you will surprise yourself and find that your choice of magickal name will be exact to your numeral choices anyway!
